O Cinematerna começou em São Paulo há 5 anos atrás e hoje está em 26 cidades do Brasil com 50 sessões por mês. Num grupo de discussão pela Internet sobre parto humanizado e maternidade, Irene Nagashima contou da saudade que sentia de frequentar o cinema depois do nascimento do primeiro filho. As mães se organizaram e 10 delas com seus bebês ocuparam uma sala de cinema em fevereiro de 2008, na capital paulista. Em agosto do mesmo ano nasce oficialmente o Cinematerna.

Bom, o Cinematerna começou com a necessidade pessoal, eu sou super cinéfila. Então eu tava com um bebê de 5 meses desesperada para ir ao cinema porque era o meu momento de lazer, eu ia duas a três vezes por semana pro cinema e aí fazia 5 meses que eu não ia e tava realmente desesperada, desabafei com um grupo de mães na internet assim e elas falaram: ah porque é que a gente não tenta ir ao cinema com os bebês?

E aí mobilizei aquele grupo, a gente escolheu um filme, uma sessão tranquila assim no meio da tarde, de um dia de semana, e aí a gente foi. Foi maravilhoso entrar no cinema de novo e aí a gente foi tomar um café e ficou conversando por 4 horas.

E aí a gente viu que aquele programa pra gente dava muito certo, era uma coisa que a gente precisava, conversar, desabafar, trocar ideias e aí resolvemos fazer aquilo por todas as semanas. Fizemos por seis meses até que a gente percebeu: o negócio foi crescendo, crescendo cada vez mais gente descobrindo o grupo, só que a gente não tinha nada assim nenhum site nada e ah o som, luz, essas coisas não eram ajustadas.

Então a gente foi, negociou com a rede de cinemas e ajustou tudo isso então os parâmetros que hoje a gente tem, né então uma sala um pouco mais clara, um som mais baixo, o ar condicionado que a gente monitora, trocador, isso a gente negociou e aí fundou o cinematerna mesmo que é uma ONG e a gente faz essas sessões pelo Brasil afora. São 26 cidades e mais de 50 sessões por mês e aí a nossa dedicação é toda voltada para essas mulheres que tiveram um filho recentemente e assim, acabam deixando sua vida de lado pra se dedicar ao bebê.

Como que as pessoas podem, as mães podem participar? O que é que elas têm que fazer para participar?

As mães, elas não precisam estar cadastradas no site, mas elas podem se cadastrar no site para poder votar nos filmes.

É cinematerna.org.br e ao se cadastrar elas podem votar nos filmes, né da próxima sessão 10 dias antes da sessão acontecer então ela faz a programação da própria cidade, isso é bacana. Ela não precisa estar cadastrada para vir ao cinema, ela pode simplesmente aparecer, comprar o ingresso. O ingresso é o preço normal de bilheteria com as promoções meia entrada, enfim tudo normal e aí ela vem pro cinema com o seu bebê.

1. Introduction

Didaski provides an online venue for language teachers where they can use tools (the "Tools") to improve their teaching experience. These Tools are accessible at htttps://www.didaski.com and any other websites where didaski makes the Tools available (collectively, the "Site"). If you are using the Site or the Tools, these Terms of Service are between you and Didaski.com (Didaski.com is hereinafter referred to as "Didaski", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Account

2.1 By creating an account in Didaski, you are entering into a legally binding agreement between Didaski and you or the business or company that you represent. 2.2 By creating an account on the Didaski.com website as a business or company that you represent, warrant (contractually agree and promise) to Didaski, that (a) you are duly authorised to enter into this Agreement and to grant all permissions and licences granted in this Agreement on behalf of the Customer; and (b) you agree to the terms of and enter into this Agreement on your own behalf and on behalf of the Customer; and (c) you contractually agree not to use the Services or any part of the Services provided by Didaski under this Agreement for any purpose other than for the Customer’s normal business purposes. 2.3 In the moment that you create an account (the "Account") you or the company you represent become Didaski's customer (the "User"). 2.4 Your Didaski Account will be created for your use of the Site and Tools based upon the personal information you provide to us. You may not have more than one (1) Didaski Account. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete. Didaski reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account and your access to the Site and Tools if you create more than one (1) italki Account, or if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, fraudulent, not current, incomplete, or otherwise in violation of these Terms of Service. 2.5 You are responsible for safeguarding your password. You agree that you will not disclose your password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any activities or actions under your Didaski Account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions. You will immediately notify Didaski of any unauthorized use of your Account.

3. Your content

3.1. You Retain Ownership of Your Content. You retain ownership of all of your intellectual property rights in your Content. Didaski does not claim ownership over any of your Content. These Terms do not grant us any licenses or rights to your Content except for the limited rights needed for us to provide the Services, and as otherwise described in these Terms. 3.2. Limited License to Your Content. You grant Didaski a worldwide, royalty free license to use, reproduce, distribute, modify, adapt, create derivative works, make publicly available, and otherwise exploit your Content, but only for the limited purposes of providing the Services to you and as otherwise permitted by SurveyMonkey’s privacy policies. This license for such limited purposes continues even after you stop using our Services, with respect to aggregate and de-identified data derived from your Content and any residual backup copies of your Content made in the ordinary course of SurveyMonkey’s business. This license also extends to any trusted third parties we work with to the extent necessary to provide the Services to you. If you provide SurveyMonkey with feedback about the Services, we may use your feedback without any obligation to you. 3.5. Other IP Claims. SurveyMonkey respects the intellectual property rights of others, and we expect our users to do the same. If you believe a SurveyMonkey user is infringing upon your intellectual property rights, you may report it through our online form. Claims of copyright infringement should follow the DMCA process outlined in these Terms, or any equivalent process available under local law.

4. Tools

3.1. Subject to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Tools (including both Free Tools and Purchased Tools) are intended to facilitate the following: 3.1.1. Creation of a small and public profile ("Microsite") 3.2. Microsite. 3.2.1 Microsite is a free service. 3.2.2 You grant Didaski a worldwide and royalty free license to use, reproduce, distribute and otherwise exploit your public Microsite.

5. Changes and Updates

5.1. Changes to Terms. Didaski may change these Terms at any time for a variety of reasons, such as to reflect changes in applicable law or updates to Tools, and to account for new Tools or functionality. The most current version will always be posted on the Didaski website. If an amendment is material, as determined in Didaski’s sole discretion, Didaski will notify you by email or upon your login to your account. Changes will be effective no sooner than the day they are publicly posted. In order for certain changes to become effective, applicable law may require Didaski to obtain your consent to such changes, or to provide you with sufficient advance notice of them. If you do not want to agree to any changes made to the terms for a Tool, you should stop using that Tool, because by continuing to use the Tools you indicate your agreement to be bound by the updated terms. 5.2. Changes to Tools. Didaski constantly changes and improves the Tools. Didaski may add, alter, or remove functionality from a Tool at any time without prior notice. Didaski may also limit, suspend, or discontinue a Tools at its discretion. If Didaski discontinues a Tool, we will give you reasonable advance notice to provide you with an opportunity to export a copy of your Content from that Tool if it's possible. Didaski may remove content from the Tools at any time in our sole discretion, although we will endeavor to notify you before we do that if it materially impacts you and if practicable under the circumstances.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

6.1 All legal issues arising from or related to the use of the Website or these Website Terms of Use shall be governed by the laws of Portugal.
